Properties:
Optical brightener OB-1 is yellow crystalline solid. It is insoluble in
water and odorless. Due to its excellent heat resistance nature, OB-1 has
very stable performance in most polymers’ processing condition. Its
maximum wavelength of absorption spectrum is 374 nm and emitting
wavelength of fluorescence is 434 nm, which makes it has very strong
fluorescence.
Applications:
Optical
brightener OB-1 is a highly effective fluorescent whitening agent. It can
be used in a variety of polymer substance, especially polyester fiber, PP
fiber, polyamide
fiber as well as plastic material
such as PVC, ABS, EVA, PS, etc.
